Celebrating Dedication: Two PICCA Employees Embark on New Journeys in Retirement

It is with mixed emotions that we bid farewell to two cherished members of our PICCA family who have decided to embark on new adventures in retirement. Tammy Smith and Tim Justus have been integral parts of our team, contributing their skills and dedication to our Head Start Program at the Corwin Center for many years.

Tammy Smith, our esteemed Family Services Manager, has dedicated an impressive fourteen years to PICCA. Her passion for supporting families and nurturing young minds has left an indelible mark on our organization. Tammy's commitment to excellence and tireless efforts have helped shape the lives of countless children and families in our community. As she steps into retirement, Tammy looks forward to embracing a new role: caring for her first grandchild. We have no doubt that her warmth, compassion, and wisdom will continue to enrich the lives of those around her, even in this new chapter of her life.

Similarly, Tim Justus, our devoted Custodian, has been a cornerstone of our Head Start Program for fifteen years. Tim's dedication to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our children and staff has been unwavering. His attention to detail and strong work ethic have ensured that our facilities are always in top-notch condition. While we will miss Tim's presence and expertise, we are excited for him as he embarks on this well-deserved retirement journey. His contributions to our organization have been invaluable, and his legacy will continue to resonate within our halls for years to come.

As we celebrate the remarkable careers of Tammy Smith and Tim Justus, we also reflect on the profound impact they have had on our organization and the lives they have touched. Their commitment, passion, and dedication serve as an inspiration to us all, and they leave behind a legacy that will endure far beyond their time with us.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Tammy and Tim for their years of service and wish them nothing but joy, fulfillment, and adventure in the next chapter of their lives. Though they may be retiring from their roles at PICCA, they will always remain a cherished part of our family. Here's to new beginnings and endless possibilities!
