PICCA’s Housing Program manages three low-income apartment complexes for applicants who meet income guidelines:
Lincoln Heights Apartments on Lincoln Avenue has four 2- bedroom units, seven 3-bedroom units, one 4-bedroom unit, and eight efficiencies designed to provide housing for persons with special needs, especially MRDD clients.
Ohio Heights Apartments on East Ohio Street has twenty-four 2 bedroom units and nineteen 3 bedroom units.
Prairie View Apartments in Ashville consists of twenty-four 1-bedroom unites and eight 2-bedroom units.
