Funded by Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging, PICCA’s Home Repair Maintenance will do minor home repairs such as replacing broken doors and windows, minor plumbing repairs (faucets, showerheads, etc.), roof repair (no replacements of roofs), furnace check and clean, minor furnace repair, handicap accessibility and other repairs are approved on a case by case basis.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. All applicants must be at least 60 years of age
2. Restrictions apply for persons who rent
3. Must bring in the deed or title to the property
4. Must document age
