PICCA in collaboration with the Circleville YMCA sponsors the Summer Food Service Program for Children.  Free Lunches are made available to all children 18 years of age and under or persons over 18 who are determined by a state or local public educational agency to be mentally of physically disabled. Lunches are prepared by a Circleville vendor.  Locations, dates, and times are announced each year.  Past locations have included Ted Lewis Park and the YMCA.
