
The Ohio Benefit Bank is a program designed to connect low-income families with Federal programs such as cash assistance, medical benefits (such as medical card and healthy start) and tax credits. A trained counselor assists individuals in preparing and electronically filing a benefit application or a tax return using a computer based software program.
There are income eligibility levels that determine if you will qualify for programs and there are some stipulations that may make you ineligible.
