The Direct Housing Program supports case management activities and provides assistance to homeless families in securing and maintaining permanent housing. Homeless families will include those staying in places not meant for human habitation, living on the street or in vehicles and in some cases, families who are doubled up and jeopardizing the housing situation of the host family.
