Winter Crisis HEAP Season will begin November 1, 2011 and run through March 30, 2011.  Call PICCA at 740-477-1655 for an appointment.  When you come in to PICCA for your appointment please bring the following items:

*13 weeks proof of income for All household members

*social security numbers for All household members

• *electric & gas bills or bulk fuel statement
• *landlord's name, address and phone number
• *birth certificate for Head of Household
