County Community Action Organization (PICCA) is an active agent
and partner for change in Pickaway County by providing opportunities
which empower people to improve their quality of life.
History

The Pickaway County Community Action Organization, Inc. is a private
non-profit 501(c)3 organization that was created in 1965 under
the authority of the Economic Opportunity Act and President Lyndon
Johnson’s war on poverty.
The
Vision of PICCA is to provide opportunities for positive change
in the quality of personal and community life.
PICCA’s
main office is located at 469 E. Ohio Street in Circleville. The
mailing address is POB 67, Circleville, OH 43113. PICCA can be

downstairs.
